Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s status and estimated delivery date.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and secure. If you encounter any issues, contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
2. Return
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a restocking fee or refusal.
- Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the item securely, include the RA number, and ship it back to the address provided.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
